Objlab does not sell directly to end customers: we work through software houses, system integrators, MSPs and consulting firms. You know the customer and the problem, we bring the engines, the development and the licence. Here is the economics of the program in the open, before you even talk to us.
Three profiles the model already works with today.
Software houses and ISVs
You have your own product and an installed base. Our engines go inside your software: you add capabilities you did not have to build, and sell them under your own brand.
System integrators and ERP consultancies
You migrate business systems and databases for your customers. SQLConverter does the dirty work of converting queries and stored procedures, the part that blows migration budgets.
MSPs, MSSPs and security firms
You have an installed base that must comply with the Cyber Resilience Act. Cerbercode gives you the code analysis and the evidence to hand to the customer, without building the engine yourself.
Four ways to work together
These are not levels to climb: they are different models. You pick based on how much of the customer relationship and delivery you want to keep.
01
Referral
What you do
You introduce the customer and stay in the loop.
What we do
We qualify, sell, build, deliver and support.
How you earn
Fee on the first contract (5%) plus a recurring share on renewals (10%).
When it makes sense
The need sits outside your technical scope and you do not want delivery risk.
02
Joint project
What you do
You bring the customer and own the relationship, functional analysis and first-level support.
What we do
Development, licence and second-level support.
How you earn
You invoice your share of the project, plus margin on the licence (25% off the end-user list price).
When it makes sense
The customer is yours and you want to stay their single point of contact. This is how we work today.
03
Technology integration
What you do
You have your own product: our engines go inside it as components.
What we do
Adaptation, documented APIs, updates and long-term compatibility.
How you earn
You sell your product with capabilities you did not have to build. Runtime licence per install or per volume.
When it makes sense
Building that capability in house would cost more than the competitive edge is worth.
04
OEM / white-label
What you do
You deliver the service to your installed base under your own brand; first level is yours.
What we do
Metered API access, co-brandable reports, second-level technical support.
How you earn
The spread between the volume wholesale price (25-45% off list) and what you charge.
When it makes sense
You have a broad installed base and cannot run a project per customer.
The economics, in the open
A partner decides on three numbers: margin, risk and time. Might as well write them down here instead of making you ask on a call.
Referral fee, first contract5%On the value of the first contract closed with the customer you introduced. Deliberately lower than the recurring share: we reward the ongoing relationship, not the one-off.
Recurring share on renewals10%Every year, as long as the customer stays active. A channel where year two is worth nothing dies on its own.
Partner discount on joint delivery25%Off the end-user list price, when you take part in delivery and own first-level support.
OEM / white-label wholesale25-45%In volume tiers, below. Under 50 systems the discount stays at reseller level: a deep discount buys committed volume, not intentions.
Who invoices the end customerDepends on the modelReferral: we do. Joint project: each their own share. OEM: you do.
Payment of fees and commissions30 daysFrom collection of the end-customer invoice. You track every item in the partner area.

Volume is counted in the product’s licensing unit: software systems for Cerbercode, production environments for SQLConverter. OEM pricing applies to the service you deliver under your own brand: where the customer buys the Objlab product, reseller pricing applies. Two different offers, even though the engine is the same.
What you get
Working tools, not a folder of PDFs.
Reserved price list with your prices, always current
Sales material and product sheets to use with the customer
Tracked software distribution from the catalogue
Tickets with acknowledged handling and second-level support
Shared service reports on joint projects
Economics: accrued commissions and payment status
Milestone calendar for shared projects
News and newsletter you can forward to your customers
Sections are enabled per partner, based on the agreed collaboration model.

Questions everyone asks
Do you require territory or vertical exclusivity?
No. If you want it, we will consider it, but tied to a revenue target and an expiry date: open-ended exclusivity serves neither of us.
Who owns the code developed in the project?
Customer-specific work stays with the customer as per contract. Objlab engines stay with Objlab and are licensed: that is what lets us keep them updated for everyone.
Who supports the end customer?
It depends on the model. In referral we do; in a joint project first level is yours and second level ours; in OEM first level is yours, with escalation to us.
Where is my customers’ data processed?
We put it in writing before we start: processing sheet, retention periods and a signed DPA. For Cerbercode, which analyses source code, it is the first thing we address.
How much time does it take?
In referral, an hour: the introduction, then we keep you posted. In the other models it depends on how much you want to own the customer, and that is your call, not a program requirement.
Do you also work with end customers directly?
It happens, but a customer who came from you stays yours. That is exactly what deal registration is for.
